A quick snack to make, eat, and have easily accessible- especially during those early days with a newborn and/or breastfeeding or even after you are out of the baby stage but always on the go! Try this amazing, no-bake, cookie recipe that meets all of those requirements (and can introduce peanuts to your baby early on, possibly reducing the risk of allergies later! *) Ingredients: ½ cup peanut butter ¼ cup maple syrup (or agave) ¼ cup olive oil 1 teaspoon vanilla

Its's Fall Ya'll
I recently had a delicious fall quinoa salad from the 16th Street Bakery in East Nashville. I loved it so much I have created my own version. Quinoa is a great food for postpartum with 5 grams of protein this gluten free grain satisfies more than traditional rice. Pair this whole grain with cranberries, brussel sprouts, walnuts and goat cheese and you have beautiful fall salad that is sure to satisfy.
