Hi friends! Taylor from CleanFoodCleanPlate here to share one of my favorite snacks for breastfeeding moms. I always had these on hand to snack on in my early postpartum days – you can whip them up in just a few minutes, they are full of real, whole foods that are beneficial for breastmilk production, and most importantly, you can grab them and eat them with one hand (which comes in handy when your baby won’t let you put him down!). She shared some great insight into birth photography and showed us once again why we treasure our time at births with her! A: What is it about birth photography that makes you want to do it? K: For me, it's all about the impact it makes on the family afterward. I've received feedback that has left me in tears. Though wonderful, I don't mean the "oohs" and
