We love tomatoes. Who doesn't? With a few simply ingredients you can make a crowd pleaser that works as an appetizer or a meal for a night at home.
Cut your tomatoes into halves or fourths. Minced some fresh garlic. Thinly slice the basil leaves then toss all three together. Sprinkle a little EVOO over it and let it marinade for 10 minutes.
Prepare your bread. I like to use the Trader Joe's Gluten Free Pizza Crust or Naan (not GFree usually). If using naan or sliced baguette, toast in the oven for 5-8 minutes on 350. If using pizza crust such as Trader Joe's then prepare according to the package.
Immediately scoop tomato mixture over your bread and serve. Simple, time efficient, and delish! Enjoy!
