Hi friends! Taylor from CleanFoodCleanPlate here to share one of my favorite snacks for breastfeeding moms. I always had these on hand to snack on in my early postpartum days – you can whip them up in just a few minutes, they are full of real, whole foods that are beneficial for breastmilk production, and most importantly, you can grab them and eat them with one hand (which comes in handy when your baby won’t let you put him down!). And did I mention they are delicious?!
Simple and delicious for energy is my go to on snacks. My favorite is a delicious smoothie that is a big hit in my house, children included. It contains lots of vitamins and nutrients. I like to use my Nutribullet but it can be made in any type of blender. Ingrediants ½ cup water
1-2 handfuls of spinach- Approximately 1 cup
2-4 Strawberries (can be fresh or frozen)
1/3 c blueberries (can be fresh or frozen)
